Another season, another Nomad! This version will carry us through the dark of winter and into the thaw of spring. Between refills of this brew, we’re picking out notes of sugar cookies, honey, citrus zest, and toasted nuts; all supported by a creamy full body. This blend is sure to make a great drip, or espresso, or whatever brew method you throw at it.
We paired three coffees together for this iteration of Nomad. The first comes from the women of the Coopafsi co-op in Cajamarca, Peru, the second coffee comes Finca San Sebastian in Tolima, Colombia, and the third from the CODECH co-op in Huehuetenango, Guatemala.
